We are all born with faith. It's true. Even before we begin to speak, we have the capacity to believe. In
fact, we're already forming beliefs in infancy.
But not all beliefs are true. In fact, we all have some conscious and unconscious beliefs that are limiting us. Some are outright false. Some can be harmful. On the other hand, some beliefs enrich us and help us to be healthy, happy, and in harmony, thriving.
As Tony Robbins says, "Beliefs have the power to create and the power
to destroy. Human beings have the awesome ability to take any experience of their lives and create a meaning that disempowers them or one that can literally save their lives."
May we use this gift of faith to help us to be our best and see the best in others. May we hold beliefs that lead us to love.
