Hey gang,
 
I had planned to send you an email today about
legendary bodybuilding trainer Vince Gironda
and why I'm such a big fan of one of his most 
famous workout protocols.
 
But after yesterday's email about how to turn
your strength workouts into your cardio 
workouts, I got a testimonial I just had to 
share:
 
"I thought you were trying to kill me! I 
implemented your cardio into my weight 
training, for one to save some time, but 
also to burn some fat.
 
Not to brag or anything and even though 
I had to adjust things a little because of my 
age, I really can't argue with the results so 
far. 
 
In 2 months time I have dropped 45lbs 
and 8 inchs around the waist. Oh and in 
the meantime have added a 1/2 inch to the
