Are you mad at me?

Well, maybe not "mad" per se...how about confused?

Now, with all that said...

Have you ever had an absolutely LOUSY
workout?

Sure you have.  So have I.  Everyone has.

Well, has it ever worried you that having a
lousy workout like that (especially if you have
a couple in a row) can totally screw up your
progress?

I mean, if you're supposed to do "Step 1"
this week, and "Step 2" next week, but your
"Step 1" workout got all messed up...will
you really be ready to do "Step 2"?

Should you repeat "Step 1" again?  Go onto
"Step 2" anyway?

Both?  Neither?
