Absolutely Astounding Krishna Consciousness

Now as we depart from the Baltic region of northern Europe to spend a few weeks in the holy land of India, I am absolutely astounded at how blissful this lecture/kirtan tour was. No matter how blissful Krishna consciousness gets, it keeps on getting more and more blissful without any end. Where will this ever-increasing nectar take me? It is inconceivable! There is so much bliss in Krishna consciousness that it can completely overflood your heart and come pouring out with such profusion that the entire universe can be drowned in it. And to think that I can go on living like this for all of eternity without every having to die staggers my imagination.

Dear Gurudeva,
Namaste.
I would like to humbly ask the following question:
It is said that the ultimate truth is not for the weak in body, or the weak in mind, for if the body is weak, it has to be taken care of immediately, and if the mind is weak, the intellect loses its capacity to absorb spiritual knowledge. Is there any way to strengthen the body and mind to cultivate the required disciplines, moral values and virtues in every aspect of daily life?

If under the guidance of the bona fide spiritual master one takes a diet of delicious, nutritious Krishna prasadam only, chants at least 16 rounds of the Hare Krishna mahamantra on japa beads daily, and strictly avoids illicit sex, meat eating, intoxication, and gambling, he will easily get sufficient power both in body and mind to fully realize the ultimate truth.
