Happy New Year!
If you are anything like me, you may be seriously
contemplating where you are this New Year versus where you want to be by next
New Year. I am not one for New Year's
resolutions, but I do like to spend some time reflecting and planning for the New
Year.
If you have been considering your own health and weight
goals, let me strongly encourage you to take a serious look at my
coaching
program. The lessons come directly from
what I have walked my own clients through for years. I decided to write
the lessons down so that
even though I couldn't personally coach everyone I wanted to help - the
lessons
would be an affordable and effective way for thousands of people to get
the
help they need to achieve their goals. And
the reason I decided to make it a 6 month long course with weekly
lessons is
two reasons.
The first reason is because
most people who have tried to lose weight or need to lose weight or need
help
restoring their health have lots of books and information available to
them
through libraries and the internet. What
they don't have is a system which delivers to them a weekly coaching
program to
encourage them to continue an effective lifestyle change - and that is
what has
been most effective for my clients - and will be for you.
The second
reason is
that studies have shown that those people who receive weekly information
lose
three times as much weight as those people who simply have the
information
available to them. Did you really read
that?
I was shocked to learn that the
Journal of American Medicine reported back in March of 2001 that
studies
show that those who receive weekly information or coaching lessons lose
weight
3 times as fast as those who simply have the same information available
to them
- but not delivered weekly. WOW!! Coaching works! Weekly lessons
work!
So - I decided to offer my coaching in
bite-size weekly lessons. And don't
forget - as you try to decide if you want to sign up - these lessons are
100% guaranteed. If they don't help you reach your goals -
then I don't want you paying for them.
I have also taken the time to write a small, condensed
version of my coaching lessons in a small report that I am offering to all of you
absolutely FREE! If you want to see what
the lessons might be like, then I encourage you to take advantage of this FREE
report! Even if you aren't trying to
improve your health, but you know someone who is - then get this FREE report and forward it to
them. But if you want an even better
reason to grab the FREE weight loss report - for the first 10 days of January, I will be randomly giving the entire Weight
Loss for Life coaching program away for free to one lucky recipient every day! The person will be selected from those who
have downloaded the FREE Weight Loss for
Life report. So don't wait - grab
your FREE Weight Loss for Life report
- and perhaps you will win the entire coaching program for free! Now is the time to act! Don't wait!
Make this the LAST YEAR that you ever make a New Year's resolution to lose weight!
(Imagine being 25-100 lbs. lighter by next New Year!)
I hope your holidays have been - and will be - a source of great joy for all of you - filled with happiness and delicious and healthy foods. We had a wonderful Christmas - even though my youngest was fighting a cold on Christmas Eve. Tonight we are going to a friend's house to celebrate the coming of 2012 on London time. (The new year begins in London 5 hours earlier than in the US so we will have plenty of time to celebrate and still get the kids to bed at a decent time.)
I have posted two new recipes for your enjoyment. The Vegetable Lasagna is a classic we have enjoyed for years and has become our traditional meal on Christmas day. It is easy to prepare and tastes wonderful. The second recipe for Cranberry Pie is a new tradition in our house. Linda Watson from Cooking Good sent this recipe out and I adapted it for cooking without oil and animal products. We have prepared it twice and enjoyed it immensely. I made sure to stock up on cranberries when they were on sale at my local grocer. You never know when you might want Cranberry Pie in the middle of summer! I hope you enjoy these new recipes as much as our family does.
(Some of you have also asked for me to start posting pictures of my dishes and we are trying to accommodate your wishes. Normally I am too busy to think about stopping and taking pictures before we all sit down to enjoy the meal. However, my daughter got a new camera for Christmas and we offered to pay her a small amount for each picture she takes- so enjoy her handiwork as you check out the new recipes. We have also started to pay my son a small fee for editing videos for us - so look for those in the future! We'll see how entrepreneurial our children really are in the next several weeks.)
Have a GREAT Week!
Nancy
