be a pro member of that site to get the tool

A. NO :) even free members can use it but 
as you can link your referral id to the checker
it is recommended to upgrade "55% coms"

Q. The price you charge is it a monthly fee

A. Basically you can get the checker for free
or get the owners to install it for you for $50

AND include VentrinoGuides to your site also
