and how is life treating you
today?

Yesterday, I took my dad
into NYC for a routine checkup -
the normal 55 minute trip was
2+ hours due to breakdowns
in the tunnel.  Fun.  Not.  But
'twas good to see the father
unit!

Over here in LingLand,
things are quiet - we didn't
get lots of snow or rain
but DID get a huge decrease
in temperature.  Lots of good
