about yesterday - you know how
you're always told, never give up?
I don't agree. I think giving up
is fine so long as its for a few
minutes/hours only so you can
rest and regroup. I couldn't
get work done well yesterday...
so instead, got the gym, took
care of the family, and yep...
Was good to *myself*. Very
powerful, that.
Highly recommend it too I do!
