How to rock the first 90 days of 2015

Here they come... you probably know these people.
 
The "Resolutioners"
 
They don't take their health seriously. They come in and take
up your space and equipment, play around on their phones in
their new workout clothes and then huff and puff for 2 weeks...
 
... then they are gone. 
 
They don't plan any of their workouts. They do random stuff
like jumping from crunches to bicep curls to burpees while
posting 20 "selfies" to Facebook. 
 
They don't even last 90 days. But not you. 
 
Not this year...
 
Instead, you can be like Amber Thiem who crushed her past
90 days...

These meal plans don't require calorie-counting, HOWEVER, if
you're into calorie-counting and macros, we can hook you up with
an individualized calorie/macronutrient plan. 
 
3) We will have a weekly "roll call" where you have to post
your compliance to your nutrition and exercise program. If you
don't reply within 48 hours of the weekly post, we will be hounding
you. You will be required to post your compliance. This is the 
ultimate accountability habit. 
 
4) You'll get a NEW challenge each week to implement into your 
lifestyle that's very doable. 
 
5) You'll get a structured exercise program to follow and YES, 
I will be offering exercise substitutions based on your fitness level
and even bodyweight alternatives. 
 
6) You will get access to ALL of my programs that you need to 
make a dramatic change over the next 90 days. Need more 
core strength? You'll get access to my Ab Finishers videos. 
Need a bodyweight program to follow while traveling? I have
you covered.

your workouts by posting them. This enhances your accountability. 
But more importantly, post any exercises you struggled with so you 
can get customized alternatives. 
 
You'll also get help with progressions if you're feeling "stuck".
 
Small progressions lead to BIG changes. 
 
So here's the deal. The quality of people in the VIP Coaching
Group was off the charts. I've never seen so many folks helping
each other out while offering encouragement and support.
