A book was not my longing. Sound strange? It does to me. On the eve of being officially crowned an author, I share with you that it wasn't my dream until recently. I listen to fellow authors and aspiring authors talk about the dreams they carried since childhood of taking their beloved writing out into the world. By doing so, they birth their words as if a dream!

Maybe my book isn't so different, after all. While I don't yearn to share the magic of my written words, I long to support people...to release people from the yuck that overwhelms their lives to discover and trust their inner wisdom and bring their dreams alive. This book is simply its most recent form!

So this may seem odd, but my Sacred Gifts do not include writing. Nope, not me! Laughing yet? I have a book, but not a Gift of writing! Now do NOT let that scare you off my book. While I truly enjoy writing and it guides my other Gifts, I celebrate the amazing people on my book project who do possess the Gift of writing: Esther, Julie and Sylvia. These gals dance with words...and in doing so they sparked my message to come alive. They supported my Sacred Gifts to dazzle, bringing to life the Encouragement, Teaching, Facilitation, Wisdom, Leadership, and Spiritual Sensitivity Gifts that I do possess...putting them ever so lovingly into words on a page for you to hold in your hands and carry in your heart.

My book is the pathway to my other Gifts sparkling. The round-about route to my dream of supporting YOU!

Sometimes the obvious dream guides us smoothly into a role. Other times, we go kicking and screaming. And still at other times, we manifest what is need in order to be of service. For my book, it was a matter of the latter. When I was ready to ask the Universe how to proceed with my message, it brought me the opportunity to write a book. With ease and grace, my book quickly became the next step of embracing my Gifts, with the help of others living their Gifts.

As you read my book, please know it was a co-creation...with my Sacred Gifts, the Universe, Gifted Writing coaches, and all of you in my heart. I share my book as my dream of being in service - my Gifts in action.

More importantly, I call upon you to consider: What Sacred Gifts are hidden under your overwhelm? Once you release your overwhelm, what magical Gifts will you discover? How will you bless the world with your Gifts in service?
