Update from Your RV Workers On Wheels Newsletter Editor

Will Punxsutawney Phil see his shadow Groundhog Day this coming Friday? If the groundhog doesn't see his shadow, spring is supposed to be here early. If he does see his shadow, it scares him, he retreats, and we have another six weeks of winter. Growing up in Minnesota, I found Groundhog Day confusing. If we had ONLY six more weeks of winter left, that would be an early spring!

As RVers, we sometimes have "spring" for much longer than the calendar indicates. Here in southern Georgia, we've seen signs of spring for the past couple weeks. For our fellow Alaskans, it won't feel like spring for months.

Working RVers, take advantage! You can expand spring yard work, garden planting, seasonal nursery jobs. bedding plant sales, and spring farm work for months instead of weeks. RV de-winterizations and getting RVs and camping equipment -- as well as RV parks and campgrounds -- ready for summer is another line of spring work that can extend for months.

Wherever you are in your work and travels, we wish you joy and prosperity,

Coleen
