We Said Go Travel Newsletter 31:  August 6, 2013

Hello from Ao Nang, Thailand!

After over two months on Lamai Beach, Koh Samui, we finished editing our memoir, Traveling in Sin, and traveled a bit more of Thailand. We went to Koh Phanghan, Tanote Beach in Koh Tao, Ranong, Little Koh Chang, Krabi and Ao Nang.

One of the best things has been seeing old friends and meeting new ones. We were able to visit with our friends, Taryn and Andrew who we traveled with in Borneo in 2009 and we wrote about in our memoir! Spending time with them in Koh Samui and Koh Tao was great, see photo below of us all and above at Tanote Bay. We look forward to a visit this week with Jeremy who was with us in Fiji when George asked me to go on the first sabbatical and we saw in the Fall in Hua Hin and who was in our wedding!

We appreciate all of you who read our newsletters, articles, website and BOOK! Thank you to everyone for your support of our journey and all our writing. We are participating in travel events in Kuala Lumpur, Manila, Guam, Oahu and Los Angeles! More news about all of them soon! Connect with us on  FacebookGoogle+LinkedInPinterest ,  SlideShare,  Twitter, and YouTube.

Our Memoir is available: Traveling in Sin

We left last July for Indonesia for this one year journey and five years ago in July for our first one year sabbatical! Read our memoir, Traveling in Sin, to learn how we met online, and chose to meander from Indonesia to Mongolia. Along the way, I lost over fifty pounds and we got engaged underwater. This book is NOT a collection of blog posts. We have never published this story before! Enjoy all the colorful characters we met and the tears and triumphs of a Peace Corps Worker and a Princess (cruises employee) finding their way together in Asia.
