Dear NYGC
Growers,
Hello fellow growers! This is Berkshire Bud, and today I have for you a quick newsletter with the winner of the PhotonTek February 14th Flip Day Giveaway and a reminder about the February Journal of the month.Â
Most of us who are growing photoperiod plants for the challenge have just flipped them, although I know there are some who need just a bit more time.Â
| |
For those who have flipped, we are still doing our final training
during the stretch, increasing our lights to full strength, and waiting for the appearance of the first pistils.  But we are also at the halfway point of the New Years Grow Challenge, and flowers will be coming fast and furious. Watch your humidity and temperature, and don’t forget to raise your light during the stretch.

Congratulations to Kong790, Winner of the Photontek February Flip Day
Giveaway!
The results are in for our latest giveaway, and @Kong790 is the big winner! The
numbers chosen during the California Daily 3 Lottery drawing Sunday evening, the 14th, were "735", making Kong the closest with the number 732. Congratulations, Kong! He will be receiving a beautiful Photontek X465w PRO.

We had a blast watching this drawing happen in real time during our live watch party in the chat room Sunday evening. We gave away a few bonus prizes, and Dr. Coco even stopped by! The next watch party is sure
to be just as much fun, so keep checking this page for more updates and information on our upcoming giveaways.

February Journal of the Month
Are you keeping your journal up-to-date? The group leaders will be choosing their nominees for the next Journal of the Month Award by the end of February. Once those nominees are in, they will each be assigned
a lottery number, and we will use the California Daily Three lottery to choose the winner.
Â
This month’s winner will receive some of the most sought after and hard-to-find glass during this pandemic: a case of twelve 32-ounce wide mouth jar for curing and storing their stash! Once upon a time, this
was something you could just pick up at the local grocery store, but they are nearly impossible to find in some parts of the USA and Canada right now.
