Thanks for being a part of our incredible community. Since March 2020, we have all endured a lot of changes and life has been difficult for all of us. This Community makes things a little brighter.
Unfortunately, I had another huge medical scare and procedure that requires me to be off and heal. "This is temporary", is what my amazing husband reminds me daily.
I was rushed by ambulance and admitted in the Hamilton General Hospital for several days ultimately resulting in surgery. The situation was and is quite serious but I am recovering at home with my family. I am a warrior and a survivor so I will conquer this.
Nobody knows except my family and closest friends
Privacy and protecting my family is my main priority. I will publish this crazy story when I am ready to share and inspire.
Please do not share any of this on social media. You are welcome to reply back to this email with your love and support :)
In the meantime, temporary changes must be made to ensure I heal properly, we serve you best and I can get back to teaching, leading, motivating and inspiring.
I thank you for your support. Give it up for Whitney, Shivaun and Ashley. My Team is amazing and so supportive. You are in great hands. Thank you!

I CANNOT stress enough how much my healthy lifestyle helped me during what has been the scariest time of my life and this recovery.
My entire medical team kept stressing "despite all of this Trina, you are healthy, super fit and have a strong mindset." That helps with my recovery and to battle this. You can adopt the same in your life.
Make yourself, your workouts and eating good food a top priority.
We truly only get one life and it can change instantly.
I can't wait to see you again sweating in class :). It's my mission in life to help you feel incredible.
This is the message I'm holding onto right now.
