I hope everybody had a great holiday, but it is time to get back into the Word. The
above scriptures are very telling in the religious world as well as the business world.
A fan is mainly interested in what someone else can bring to the table. The first sign of trouble, they are gone. A friend will stick closer than a brother, regardless of what is going on. These are hard to
find!
God had some remarkably close friends that He talked face to face with.
And the Lord spake unto Moses face to face, as a man speaketh unto his friend. (Exodus
33:11)
And the scripture was fulfilled which saith, Abraham believed God, and it was imputed unto him for righteousness: and he was called the Friend of God. (James 2:23)
There is great wisdom in this if you will just meditate on these scriptures. It will keep you from making some horrible mistakes on the front end of a business agreement, in the middle of that agreement, and at
the end of that agreement. Most people in business go into business with a friend. Sometimes in the middle of that business, they will become a fan of another leader and they start talking bad about their original leader who has enriched them greatly. That is the beginning of the end of a great friendship and business!
