One Thing Leads To Another

I have been making a few repairs and updating my house. It is amazing to me that it seems once I fix one thing it leads to another thing. Most women will understand what I am talking about. Right girls?
I also went outside today to fix some pots with fresh new plants. As I finished the pots I noticed some big limbs that had fallen out of my Georgia Pines. So I went to pick them up and then I noticed my flower beds were full of weeds. So then I went to pulling weeds. One thing lead to another!
You know, that is how it is with God. You give your heart to Jesus, get saved, and your life begins a new journey. You begin to think different, you begin to speak different, you now see things you never saw before. God takes us from one thing to another
His desire for us is that we grow up in Him. That we become more like Jesus on the earth. Ephesians 4:13 says, ",,,until we all reach unity in the faith and in the knowledge of the Son of God, as we mature to the full measure of the stature of Christ..."
Be encouraged today that Jesus is leading you from one thing to another. Just know that He started the good work in you and He will keep working on you until either He comes here or you go there!
I pray today that you give it all to the Lord and let Him lead you and guide you by His precious Holy Spirit. Life is never dull with Jesus. It is the great adventure!
