haven't written about celebratory National Days in a while. Sometimes it's fun to see what kind of crazy days are celebrated (& wonder why they were chosen). Today is a fun one because the days are so varied.
Today, April 16 is:
National Librarian Day (shout out to my cousin who is a
school librarian)
National Orchid Day
National Eggs Benedict Day
National Wear Your Pajamas to Work Day, and
Save the Elephant Day
I think I just may have to wear my pajamas all day long while eating Eggs
Benedict (my favorite thing to order for breakfast) and making an Orchid card for my librarian cousin while watching an elephant documentary. What are YOU going to do today? 😂
I've actually arrived home last night from an extra long weekend away with my mom. We drove to Pennsylvania to visit my daughter, watch her softball games and visited Longwood Gardens. I think a day in pajamas might be just the thing while I catch up from being away.
This week I'll be filming some videos, finishing up the pdf tutorial for the flowers in a box Cheerful Daisies giveaway and writing up details for my upcoming In Color Club and Paper Share. Details on all those will be sent soon.
With all of this to do, I decided to cancel today's live.
