We've made it to the end of the year. Congratulations! Whilst there may be pressure points within your business, now is the time to reflect on the achievements of your business, your team and yourself. Perhaps they were major wins however, it's also really important to appreciate those small wins -
maybe you got a new client, extended a program or perhaps your team wrapped up a program quicker than usual; whatever the 'win' was celebrate it.
Last week ACA CEO, Peter McDougall met with senior Government representatives in both Victoria and Queensland as our Government strategy continues to take shape. We have a couple of meetings also scheduled for new year already and we look forward to
supporting the sector through these efforts. In preparation for next year and to assist Members with their planning, we're happy to announce that we've developed a Member Events Calendar for 2024. Whilst this may not be an exhaustive list of events we're committed to providing opportunities for Members to gather in-person through our Member Morning
Teas. Keep reading further in this newsletter for the full calendar. As we close off 2023, we wish you all a very Merry Christmas and a Safe and Happy New Year.
Kind Regards, The ACA Team ACA Office will be closed 19 December 2023 - 8 January
2024.
