Alexia Camfield bringing you Both Sides of the Couch

Would you like to know your top two personality advantages?

I always work to help my clients be able to identify their strengths. Knowing what we are naturally good at helps us identify how we can be most successful as well as what assets we can draw from to navigate life challenges. I recently was invited to take part of Project Fascination which is a 28 question / 5 minute personality profile designed to highlight which of the 7 advantages you possess. Understanding your "personality advantage" can help you know how you add value and best communicate in the various arenas of your life.

Note:  You'll want to check out the Personality Advantage asap since the code for the free test expires on September 1st!!
Goodbye Summer!

As we are all preparing to head into the fullness of Fall, I will be getting September news out as soon as possible with tips for time management, back to school and college success.

Thank you for subscribing to Both Sides of the Couch monthly news.  If you think of someone who might enjoy this newsletter, please feel free to forward this on to them.

Strengths Finder 2.0:  by Tom Rath

I was introduced to this book a few years ago as my oldest daughter was assigned this to read prior to entering her Freshman year at The University of Texas.  This book is a compilation of data from Gallup researchers and offers an in depth look into identifying your top 5 strengths and how to apply them.  There is also a code that comes with the purchase of each book that gives you access to an online test.  I think it is a great tool for anyone wanting to get better insight on what strengths they have from which to best build and navigate through their lives.

"The key to human development is building on who you already are."
-  Tom Rath

"The greatest value you can add is to become more of yourself."
-  Sally Hogshead
