Hello again ,
Here we are at the beginning of another year - that time when nature always generously gives us another go at the things that didn't yet go to plan and an opportunity to build on our successes. Here at Trelowia, in our second growing season we continued to enjoy those successes and learn from our failures.
2021 was a year of two halves for me - six months of restrictions followed by an chance to finally teach in person again. It was so nice to 'get back in the saddle' after more than a year away. Our last four PDCs of the year and a four day introductory course all went ahead, despite some challenges. We had to find a new venue for our July course at short notice, but this turned out to be a great blessing - we'll be back at Riverbank again in May. We had such
demand by the middle of the year that we were able to fill an extra PDC at Kents, another new venue, just from our waiting lists. We'll be back there too in August. Often those things that seem bad lead to wonderful things.
I'm especially excited about the year ahead, both in the garden and on the road. What would you like to try this year - in your home, garden and work life?
Perhaps permaculture can help...
Wishing you an exciting and abundant year,
