You strike up a conversation under a palm tree. As the balmy tradewind keeps you cool, you share with him a platter of your delicious fruits and vegetables.
He thanks you and begins to munch on them. "My, these are so delicious! Thank you."
You continue
your conversation and he asks, "Have you ever traveled away from this gorgeous island?"
You reply, "No. I didn't even know there was some other place to live!"
The sailor hides his astonishment and pauses. "Perhaps you should sail back with me and my crew to our land. We'll be making many stops and you'll
discover tasty food like oranges, pineapples, lemons, limes, and so much more. Wait until you taste my favorite things of all - cheese coneys, 5-ways, pecan pie, and watermelon!"
You're speechless. First, your entire reality is shattered because you had no idea your island was one of many places to live. Add to that, different exciting foods exist that you've never seen nor tasted.
How can this be possible?
You do the right thing. You don your adventure hat and board the ship.
Moments later you set sail to your new reality.
Last week, I was the captain of that ship. I shattered the roofer's world. The only issue is he decided his island of information was the only thing that
mattered. He refused my invitation to set sail to the Land of Roofing Truth.
His ego was bigger than the largest blue whale in the ocean.
Go here to read all about this roofer and to view the photos
showing how copper extends the life of asphalt shingles.
Even after seeing the photos, he refused to accept the truth.
This should be a life lesson for you.
How willing are you to process NEW FACTS about an issue?
Are
you like the roofer or the insulation contractor you're about to read all about.
If I were a betting man, I'd bet $500 right now that you're NOT like the insulation contractor.
GO HERE and prove me
wrong.
