Alessandro Ceretto has studied the business of making wine all over the world. He is in charge of winemaking at the Ceretto winery, whose Barolos and Barbarescos are particularly highly prized. He has come to favour biodynamic wine production, for the sake of both the health of his "terroir" and the consumer.
