Jeff Zalaznick and his partners Rich Torrisi and Mario Carbone run 14 restaurants in New York. Right now they are busy opening The Grill and The Pool in the Seagram building owned by Aby Rosen, in the space of the former Four Seasons Restaurant that was famous all over the world for the power lunch.

Jeff Zalaznick believes that for his restaurants to work he has to serve his clients great food and that even when fine dining they want to be able to have great fun.
