Should Old Acquaintance Be Forgot?

"Take a leap of faith and begin this wondrous new year by believing. Believe in yourself. And believe that there is a loving Source - a Sower of Dreams - just waiting to be asked to help you make your dreams come true." Sarah Ban Breathnach

As we get closer to another calendar year behind us and prepare for 2016, I am reminded by the many traditions used to commemorate this occasion. Burning bowl ceremonies, Release rituals and New Year’s resolutions are but a few of the ways we recognize letting go of the past to move forward. This time of year reminds me of the song most identified with New Years Eve "Auld Lang Syne". The one part I remember is played over and over again "Should Old Acquaintance Be Forgot?" in which I respond "You betcha!"

In order to make changes in our life, we must 'forget our acquaintances" - the beliefs we have carried around for years, to allow new ones to be created. The "BS" (belief systems) we have been following must be released to make room for the beliefs that truly represent who we really are. The New Year is an extraordinary opportunity to revisit old beliefs, create new ones that reflect a New You and move forward from the pain you're experiencing to have the peace that you were meant to !n-joy!

If you are ready to get off the treadmill of your past, I invite you to attend my FREE teleclass "Happy New Year Happy New You - Change Your "BS" in 2016". This FREE 1 hour experience will change the way you look at life and change the way life looks at you. You will not want to miss this amazing opportunity to transform the way you think and the way you live. For everyone who attends, I will share a few amazing bonuses as a thank you for stepping up to the plate and standing up for a New You in the New Year.
