This year I have set a goal to stay positive and build my happiness skills. It seems so easy to see the limits and dangers in life, that I find it very important to my healing process to take time and focus on happiness and building positive energy for the future. I decided long ago, I did not want tragic episodes to define my life. Yes, I have had
great sorrow at times, but I have also experienced moments of pure happiness.
When working with the psyche it is important to focus on the vibration of what you desire. In this case, the desire to bring in happiness is enhanced when I can bring my attention back to an experience of pure happiness and joy. I know some may have trouble finding that moment in their life, and that is when it is even more important to start to work with energy
and spiritual healing.
For example, depression and anxiety over an issue can be managed and helped by taking time to envision how you could approach the situation with strength and self confidence instead of feeling unworthy and unwelcome.
Work with your mind on a regular basis to change your patterns of thought and to bring your light body love and healing. When you do your life will shimmer with light happy moments. Building mental processes to help your spiritual light body as well as your physical body will increase your success in every aspect of life exponentially for the highest
and best.
