How are things going for you? Have you been able to implement small changes and help yourself build daily happiness points into your day? Is that even a goal for you? Do you have goals to build happiness and health into your life?

 

It doesn't matter what you decide to build or change within your life, it takes small daily action steps to keep you on track so you meet your goals. All goals need to be fortified by actions. Small steps to help you return to your center point of focus and connect back to your Source, or the Source. They are slightly different concepts.

 

 

 

It's always good to be able to sense your Source or Soul separate from the Source. It takes time but with practice this skill will help you notice when your steps move you away from your chosen path of action. 

 

 

 

 

I look for cycles and patterns in life. I always have. It soothes me to find them because St Germain has taught me, they exist. This year has already brought us a theme. it indicates we are going to continue to work through the old issues and illusions. As they are replayed, we are given another chance to review our choices and perhaps make difference decisions given the new wisdom this review brings.

 

I know we are all connected and so I look for ways to build bridges of understanding. This show focuses on the idea of freedom and what it means to be a free spirit. We will explore what freedom and having a free spirit means to you? Is it possible to be free and also committed to your ideals and their deadlines? Do you allow those around you to also be free spirits and encourage them to bring their unique skills into your life? I am very blessed to be able to channel the Master Teachers of the Akasha. They are all divine light beings who have a connection to Mother Earth. Many are ascended Master Teachers and some are archangels. They have even shown themselves a a vibrational frequency only, such as Grace of God. In this podcast I will share how they have helped me create a life I love. It is with their healing guidance that I am stll alive and I will always stay in touch with them as this life continues.

Sometimes it takes a while to trust your intuition or your other senses and the information they share. It helps to have someone to talk to who has a different outlook from yours. I am here to talk things over and to help you see the potentials within your life.
