Happy Sunday to you and yours again !
I hope all is well on your side.
In fact, if not quite so, I'll try to make it so by sharing a few points for reflection as well as a bit of humour.
We titled it '11 Things Jamaicans Dislike'.
Yes, there are some salient points there but also some things to make you smile again - after a long week 😊.
And that's the featured article for this week!
But do remember that I have several other new and insightful content on the website via the blog, so kindly stop by and check them out.
And now, the...
I've done a few herb tours before, two I think, but this is the ULTIMATE herb tour!
In this one of a kind experience, Lascelle from Taste Of Jamaica Tours revealed the astounding health benefits of over one hundred (100) of Jamaica's most potent medicinal plants and herbs.
And he didn't stop there, he highlighted several of Jamaica's food provisions as well.
I think you'll love it. Here is it, embedded below.
Please be sure to LIKE and comment.
And if you like it, please SHARE it with someone, the more the merrier!

That video above inspired me to remind you this....
"Jamaican Blue Mountain coffee is the crown jewel of the specialty coffee market, and its beans are prized around the world as the highest quality luxury coffee consumers can buy.
Grown in the exclusive region of the island’s eastern mountains, Jamaican Blue Mountain coffee earns the highest unit value for its export than any other Arabica coffee bean.
While Jamaica produces less than 0.1% of the world’s coffee, Jamaican Blue Mountain beans command an average unit price of roughly $22-$35 dollars per kilogram, where the average global export price for Arabica coffee hovers around $4 for the same amount.
At market, Jamaican Blue Mountain coffee consistently retails around $80 to $100 dollars per pound, retaining an indestructible reputation as the most sought after coffee in the world." Source
A ran into a gentleman (Mr. Scully) in St. Bess earlier in the week that impressed me loads.
He has a small business that not only employs local persons, male and female, but he also used his little business as a training ground for many other youth from the HEART program here.
I salute him for the contribution to his community, and by extension, to Jamaica land we love. Stay tuned, I might have something from him for you soon😊
Did you know...
... that former world-record holder, aviator Captain Barrington Irving Jr., who broke records flying solo around the world, is Jamaican-born? He was also the youngest man to achieve this kind of feat - at age 23.
This too, is yet another interesting fact from my 101 Intriguing Facts About Jamaica book.
So you heard that beautiful Port Antonio welcome back its first cruise ship. The European luxury boutique vessel “The World”, made a call on the Ken Wright Pie last Sunday (November 7) and another to make a call later this month suggesting that
the travel business is looking back up again.
Thought I'd let you know😊
And that's it for today. As usual, thank you for your time, I do appreciate it. Until next week again I say, #KeepSafeAndSane .
