Here in France, food and wine
are so important to us throughout the year of course.
Being English, but having lived in France for 18 years, I tend to make
a variety of traditional dishes.
Some of you may well wonder how anybody could enjoy a 'mince pie' and why we Brits begin making our Christmas cake in September!
So, I
thought I'd share some of the secrets with you in my typical
menu, many of which are low budget and easy to make.
