EB-5 Visa Fees Set for Huge Increase - Beware

Hi

Thanks for being a loyal email subscriber. We appreciate hearing from you. Let us know if you ever have any questions.

Dear ,

The United States Citizenship & Immigration Service announced its proposal to increase filing fees including the I-526 petition (your first step in the EB-5 process).

USCIS proposes to increase the filing fee from $1,500 to $3,675. This is a major fee increase of over $2,175 for anyone who does not beat the deadline.

It is uncertain when the fee increase will go into effect.

I anticipate the fee increase will most likely take effect in the next 2-3 months.

One positive aspect of the fee increase for the I-526 petition is that this should allow USCIS to hire more examiners in the Immigrant Investor Program Office where they process the I-526 petitions and hopefully speed up the application process.

If you want to beat the price increase and save over $2000 in the process, the time to start your EB-5 process is now.

Please feel free to reach out to me with any questions and I will be happy to help you and your family become permanent residents as quickly and cost effectively as possible.

Sincerely,

Anthony Olson
