- 1/2 cup - pumpkin (not pie filling)
- 1/4 cup - peanut butter
- 1/4 cup - olive oil
- 1/4 cup - homemade chicken or beef broth
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups - brown rice flour
- 2 cups - oats flour
- 1/2 cup - fresh or frozen raspberries or blueberries

DIRECTIONS:
- Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees
- Lightly spray a baking sheet
- In a large bowl, combine the pumpkin, peanut butter and olive oil
- add homemade chicken or beef broth and eggs and mix well
- add flour to the wet ingredients and mix well
- fold in the raspberries or blueberries
- place combined mixture on to a lightly floured surface
- knead the dough and put in a rectangular baking pan and flatten to approx. 1/2 inch thick
- bake for 45 to 50 minutes
- cut the dough into 1/2 inch slices
- place in a lightly sprayed baking sheet
- bake for 10 to 15 minutes
- cool and store in a tightly sealed container...but not for long your pups will be ready for their Barks-Cotti as soon as they are cool!
