Bake and Decorate Your Dog's Birthday Cake...

CAKE INGREDIENTS: - 3 eggs or ¾ cup of Unsweetened Apple Sauce
- 1/3 cup of Peanut
Butter
- 1 cup of finely grated carrots
- 3 cups of Organic Brown Rice flour
- 1 ¼ cup of homemade beef or chicken broth (see our recipe)
FROSTING INGREDIENTS: - 8 oz. low fat cream
cheese
- 1/3 cup of creamy peanut butter
- ½ cup of Tapioca Flour
- 1/2 cup of Unsweetened Coconut Flakes
INSTRUCTIONS: (Cake Mix) - Pre-Heat Oven to 350
degrees
- In a Stand Mixer or Hand Mixer add:
- Eggs
- Peanut butter
- Carrots
- MIX WELL
- Add Brown rice Flour (add slowly)
- Add Homemade Beef or Chicken
Broth
- MIX WELL (add more broth if needed)
- Pour about 1 ½ inches or cake mix into two 8” cake pans
- Bake at 350 for 30 to 35 minutes (depending on ovens)
- Let cool for 15 minutes and cover with plastic wrap and freeze or refrigerate.
(Frosting Mix) Add
and blend… - Cream cheese
- Tapioca Flour
- Peanut Butter
- Blend Until fluffy
- Add ½ of the Frosting on top of the bottom layer of the cake.
- Cover with the Top Layer of the Cake
- Smooth out the sides of the
cake
Top of cake Frosting… - Add ½ of the Frosting that is left to the Top of the Cake and smooth
- Then with the frosting that is left…use a Piping Bad add Dots of Frosting around the top of the Cake and place your dog’s
favotie treats or dry food on them.
- Also add blueberries or their favorite fruits (bananas, apples, pineapple, raspberries, etc)
- Top with Unsweetened coconut Flakes
