This year can teach us one thing: how to deal with uncertainty.
Uncertainty is not exclusive of a global pandemic or an economic downturn.
Uncertainty is at the core of human and business behavior.
We don't know where to put our money, our time, our attention. Companies don't know where to invest, where to save, how to forecast.
In the past months, I've decided to embrace uncertainty. And my clients have followed me down the rabbit hole.

There is some sanity in embracing uncertainty: if you do, you gain better group dynamics, higher individual satisfaction, and immediate business results.
