Out of Office?

Do you find yourself responding to emails when you have an Out of Office set? If there is an emergency you want people to know how to reach you, but otherwise, commit to taking the time you deserve off! Give people the opportunity to figure things out on their own and honor the boundaries and time that you have designated to rest and be offline. It is not good for your brand, and it is not good for our culture when you don’t.

Hello all:

It has been a very busy Fall (obviously, since I haven't sent a newsletter since September). I’ve been busy working on innovative presentations, exciting collaborations and I'm preparing for an impactful 2022!

Speaking of 2022, reach out to me to discuss collaborating on programming - (keynotes, presentations, panels, etc.)! It takes time to be thoughtful and responsive to the needs of your organization, so now is the time to start planning your initiatives.
