Continue Your Commitment to Black-Owned Businesses Beyond This Month
August is National Black Business Month, and this is a great opportunity to reflect on any past commitments that have been made and to begin to think about future initiatives. To begin this process, ask the following questions of yourself and your organization:
Have you committed to supporting Black
Have you committed to advancing equity for your employees?
Have you committed to increasing your usage of Black-owned businesses as vendors?
National Black Business Month may be ending, but the commitments that you have made shouldn't stop now. As you reflect on these commitments and actions going forward, consider engaging PGE Consulting Group for your diversity, equity and inclusion and professional development training and consulting needs.
Please note: As my annual summer sabbatical comes to a close, my speaking schedule is beginning to fill up!
I've also opened up my scheduling link-please use this link to schedule a conversation about your professional development and DEI programming for the Fall and early 2023 (i.e. you should already be planning for Black History Month which is only 5 months away!), or you can simply reply to this email.
Let's stay connected! I look forward to continue to be engaged on LinkedIn, so if we aren’t connected please connect with me on LinkedIn and follow my LinkedIn PGE Consulting Group LLC page!
