I am currently training with the founder of Positive Intelligence coaching
program. This is a mental fitness program that enables wellness, performance, and positive relationships. This is a coaching program that empowers you to create sustained change toward a more positive mind by laying down neural pathways to form new habits through consistent daily practice.
The program provides the opportunity to identify and decrease negative thoughts and work to increase positive thoughts and practices. Sustained change towards a more positive mind requires laying down neural pathways to form new habits through consistent daily practice.
So, I am happy to announce my
new Ease and Flow coaching program.
I am looking for 4 women who are interested in being part of a group that starts February 10, 2024. This is a six-week program in which you will work with me and a specialized app in which you will receive weekly practices, videos and encouragement.
In order to participate in this group, you will need to contact me for an interview in which I will share more of the program.
