What Inspired You to Write Your Book?
Camille Cabrera was inspired by her love of the unknown to branch out into noir. From a young age, Camille adored noir books and films. It grew into her logical next step as writer.

How Did You Come up With Your Characters?
Characters in Camille's novels are often partially inspired by people that she knows. Most often, characters are expanded upon or even exaggerated versions of people in real life. Camille finds that she often combines multiple people and then wonders what a specific character would do in certain situations. She often spends days trying to understand her characters and then the book often writes itself (if only).
