Are You Healthy?

There’s a difference between “thinking” that you are healthy and actually “being” healthy. Many people tell me, “I thought I was healthy and then I was diagnosed with”:

We’ve been convinced as a society that “being” healthy is a luxury, when in reality, it is a necessity.


I want to let you know that you don’t have wait to let it get this bad. You don’t have be diagnosed with a disease to actually do something your health.


How much struggle, pain, suffering and worry are you willing to put yourself through?


Struggling, pain, suffering, and worry are all a choice. There are always signs along the way. Are you paying attention to them? 


Every day, in every moment of our lives, we know if something is good or if something is bad for us. Our body is in constant communication with us. We get to choose. We get to be empowered. We get to BE healthy. 


If we consistently and continuously choose to ignore, procrastinate, excuse and deny, then we live very unpleasant, unhealthy, unhappy, unfulfilled lives.


Pay attention to your inner voice because it’s here save your life.
