This tip can be useful even if you don't want to become a Linux expert...

Expose yourself to the Linux environment to the maximum. I had collegues developing in Linux that once at home use a different system.

Either to learn Linux and develop this expertise or to become more competent, the best was is to become a user yourself at home.

In general, if we want to become an expert in anything, all that is needed is to spend enough hours practicing. The beauty of it, this is applicable to anything!

We all know this intuitively or from experience but there is also an excellent book written by Robert Greene, Mastery

BTW, Robert Green is a phenomenal author that every professional aspiring to a great career should know...

If you don't, just follow the link to the book description page. You'll thank me later...

See you at the top!

Your coach,

Olivier
