An experiment for Session 15

Published: Thu, 11/10/16

Hi

In Session 15 of The Behavioral Observations Podcast, I bring an extra special guest on the show to discuss the marketing - digital marketing in particular - of Behavior Analytic services.

Rich Brooks, owner of Flyte New Media, which is located in the beautiful city of Portland, Maine, joins me to discuss how to optimize your website, develop your brand, and focus your social media in order to effectively communicate with your target audience.

With all the job openings that are routinely posted for BCBA positions, along with the concomitant demand for ABA services, marketing may be the furthest thing from your mind, but as our field matures, that's not always going to be the case. With that in mind, Rich provides a lot of information to this session that we can all benefit from sooner or later.

Rich is also a fellow podcaster, and publishes a show where he talks about all things having to do with digital marketing. If you want to check it out, the show is called The Agents of Change Podcast

So the obvious experiment here is having a guest who is not a Behavior Analyst, Psychologist, Special Educator, Speech Language Pathologist, and so forth.  I should have the episode out in a few days, and when you listen to it, please let me know your thoughts on having an occasional guest who comes from outside of our field.

All the best,
Matt
