It has been a while since I've published a podcast, and I want to both apologize and thank you for your patience. I've been busy working on other projects, such as offering Type 2 CE's for selected podcast episodes, while at the same time, we had a virus that hit everyone in my household, which had all of us down for the count at one point or another. So again, thanks for hanging in there.

Session 22 will be out early next week, and it features an interview with Dr. Linda LeBlanc of Trumpet Behavioral Health. In this episode, we talk about best practices for personnel management, as well as how to embed ethics into everyday decision making. Linda also provides an overview of ABA approaches to elder-care, which could be the next growth area for BCBA's.
