Hi
Later this week, I'm sitting down with
Dr. Emily Sandoz, who is the Emma Louise LeBlanc Burguieres/BORSF Endowed Professor of Social Sciences at the University of Louisiana, at Lafayette, the Graduate Coordinator of their Psychology MS Program, as well as the Editor-in-Chief of The Journal of Contextual Behavioral Science.
This will be another ACT oriented episode, and we plan on exploring the general area of Clinical Behavior Analysis, which in Emily's words, is construed as, "ACT focusing on building psych flexibility in session through functional analyses of directly observed behavior."
What exactly does that mean? And how can these concepts apply to the work of everyday behavior analysts? Well, as the cliche goes, tune in to find out. Better yet, be a participant in the conversation by adding your question into the mix!
It's easy to do so. Simply respond to this message, and I'll do my best to work your question into the interview.
Thanks!
Matt
