Hi
If you're like me, navigating the Covid-19 pandemic has been incredibly stressful. From financial losses, to worries about the health of our loved ones, and just cabin fever itself, this crisis is taking a toll on just about everyone.
With this in mind, I'm bringing Russ Harris back on the podcast, and I look forward to picking his brain on ways to both cope, and perhaps thrive in this so-called new normal. And you know what would make this episode even better? If I could include your questions in our conversation. So feel free to respond to this message and let me know what's on your mind.
If you're not familiar with Russ, he is the author of several books, most notably
The Happiness Trap, and the book that I have gifted to others the most,
The Reality Slap. Russ has written quite a few more books as well, for practitioners and laypeople alike, so you can check them out at his
Amazon Author's
Page.
Russ was also gracious enough to come on the podcast way back in
Session 41. To this day, he offered one of the most unique pieces of advice I've gotten from guests over the years, and if you haven't heard it yet, it's well worth checking out.
I suspect we'll be discussing ACT quite a bit, and if you want to get up to speed on the ACT basics, and get some CE's at the same time, I have several episodes that are eligible for continuing ed on this topic, and some great discounts for purchasing multiple CE events. Click the button below for more information.
In the meantime, keep up the great work with all the preventative measures! I'm hoping that the more proactive we can be will result in a faster return to normalcy.
All the best,
Matt
