Don't Forget :D

Back To Business
Oh it's good to be back. it really is. And here we are enjoying our last night standing by our table with the sea only a few steps away. If you look closely you may see that thing on hubsters face that we are very unused to seeing...yes it is a smile, given away by the glinting teeth :D.
You will also note i am wearing a frock in a style similar to a style a pregnant lady may wear. This is due to the vast quantity of hotel breakfast, lunch and dinner scoffed as well as a smattering of wine and ouzo imbibed. It was a wonderful, relaxing 14 days and I want to thank you all for your understanding in staffing difficulties that caused a couple of hiccoughs but I am sure you are all with me when I say that the team did a fantastic job of holding it together :D
All Change With The Clocks
Yes the clocks go BACK this Sunday. This means we get an extra hours sleep whoopee! This also means that gym opening hours are changing to take us through the winter.
Opening times Monday to Friday will be 7.00 rather than 6.30 and closing times will be 8.30 rather than 9.00 apart from Friday which is always 7.00.
Due to Saturdays getting busier I am now going to open at 8.00am until 1.00pm from next Saturday so you early risers can get in and get on with your day and late comers have a little more time. This should spread the load out a little but may I still remind you to be sensitive to your environment and not just plug yourself in. If we are busy then please still stick to the 10 minute rule. I haven't had anyone asking me for a 10 minute workout that will get them feeling like they have done half an hour so I am going to assume everyone is happy with this decision. If you are unhappy then please have a word with me or email me and I will see what we can work out. [email protected]
Straight Back Into It
Well, back on Tuesday night, on a course on Wednesday, and I learnt something that not only took my breath away, but when I thought about it made me a little angry and I have to get my soap box out...just for a short time. Do you know what the RDA on vitamins and minerals was created for? No? Neither did I. It was created so that they knew how much a prisoner of war needed to keep them alive. That is right. How many vitamins and minerals were need to stop a human being from dying! I actually had to ask if this was true. Surely this could not be true? Obviously we get more nutrition in our diet than prisoners of war did, but, if you look at the way our food is farmed, processed, shipped in from abroad and kept in chillers for weeks having been created in way that takes out most of the nutritional goodness and then, even if we buy it as fresh as we can, we boil it, take the skins off, cook it within an inch of its life, often reducing what was already an inadequately nutritional food to barely having anything left at all.
The amounts for Optimal health are way above what the RDA tells us we need. For example RDA for vitamin C is 60mg. ODA is 2000mg. if you feel a cold coming 5000mg! 1000 every hour for the first 5 hours will help your body fight that naughty cold. Suffice to say I have a list of the ODA of vitamins and minerals and I know I am way low. I am doing the seminar again to make notes this time but I started my Mega Chel yesterday (I am over 40 so Mega Chel is the one for me) but if you are under 40 and want to ensure you are getting optimum daily allowance for health there is Super Supplemental.
For the Mega Chel (Over 40 years old) click here http://bit.ly/1GZdX4v (this has extras in for circulatory system which slows in over 40s)
or Super Supplemental (both are 100% natural with no fillers [chalk...nice to put into your body] then click here http://bit.ly/1LS73Ur.
Don't forget that NSP offer a FULL refund if you are unhappy or don't feel like the product you are using is making a difference. No brainer!

Done For This Week
The Fitness Industry lady came in this morning and took all your forms, thank you. For those who gave written feedback on a couple of things, I have taken it all on board. You will note hooks are up (thanks Craig), signs in the bathrooms to keep them tidy (mucky lot who leave them scruffy) and I will endeavour for a paint refresh to tidy them up a bit. Interior designers out there who might want to help me with colours that make tiny rooms look bigger please mail me. I am rubbish with that kind of thing [email protected]

See you in the week.

Love Georgia xx
