Didn't She Do Well?

Some of you may know our Sally, hopefully not because you have had to see her for Physio treatment but because you have seen her when she has been in or maybe attended her classes on Mondays.

Anyway here she is last Sunday running her way to being the second woman in in the Sheffield half Marathon, the first road run she has completed for quite a while, being an off road runner now and used to climbing and descending craggy hills.

Massive respect to you Sally! You are amazing. Many congratulations to all the others who completed it in the heat which, wonderful to us sitting in our gardens but very difficult conditions to run safely in.

Easter Openings Once More

Can I wish you all a very happy Easter. Yes I am writing this on Good Friday having spent 6 hours on the road to visit Dad up in Glasgee. Anyone coming up this way avoid the M74! 50 minutes to go 10 miles. Still I had my own car Karaoke going on with hits from the 70s and 80s playing full blast and got more than one chuckle from slow passing cars as I belted out various numbers while car dancing. Time flies when you are having fun :D

Saturday and Sunday Steve will be here 9 - 12 and then on Monday Josh is opening 10 - 2. Please don't bring them chocolate. They both have enough :D

Salmon and Strawberry Night

Remember the date is now booked for Salmon and Strawberry night at baldwins. Peanuts

I am ordering a Spiky Peanut for one of the ladies who comes to Pilates so, while ordering, I thought I would ask if anyone else would like me to order you one as well while I am at it? They are £7 + P&P but if I order a few I can get postage free so makes sense.

Hopeful?

Well I am very hopeful for some good weather so I can help Dad a bit with his garden but knowing what it is like up North I feel I may be wishing for a horse.

Have a fabulous bank holiday weekend and I will see you all next week.
