Due to doctors orders I am not allowed to have my foot lower than my bum apart from to go to the toilet so many apologies but the gym will be closed tomorrow Saturday 29th July.
I am sure you would rather go for a walk than me end up in hospital.
We will be open as normal on Sunday.
