Birthday Celebrations

This week my tiny 2lb baby made it to 20 fairly unscathed so we went out to celebrate with a steak at Miller and Carter. I have to say this was the best one yet. I cut my fillet with an ordinary knife it was so tender and everyone else really enjoyed theirs too. Top tucker…if you like steak that is.

I don't get anything for advertising upstairs by the way...

Christmas Morning Coffee

A last minute arrangement to hold a coffee morning at 11.00 next Saturday and buy yourself or others an Xmas gift . A lady who turns up once every blue moon is coming in with handbags, scarves, brooches, bracelets, purses etc. I have had some lovely things off her at very reasonable prices and perfect for that last minute treat either for yourself or someone else. Please let me know if you are coming below so I know numbers to cater for.

Wellness Warriors

The Wellness Warriors 2018 journals are in for all those who ordered one. Please pick yours up from reception when you are next in. Anyone who wanted one but forgot to order please let me know here and I can get Gaye to bring in more. They really are a delightful journal for your young warriors (6 – 11) helping them through bad times and good, giving them fun and informative ideas about all things associated with health and wellness of the mind and body.

SNOW!

We are getting major snow this weekend according to the weather forecast. I will be here but if it is really bad please check the Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/UndergroundFitness1/ to make sure we are open. I will get here for 9.00 rather than 8.00 and will stay open until 12 for those who walk and want a workout. I will also make sure the phone is answered if you want to call and check 01142353298. I have salt for the drive and the steps but can’t do miracles with a shovel any more due to elbow damage from previous car park clearing. Anyone with a tractor please feel free to help :D
