Out With The Old

Hi ,

Well I don't know about you but where this year has gone I just don't know. When looking back it seems a blur of funeral after funeral and caring for the terminally ill in-between. I have even had to buy a funeral coat!I felt cheeky asking my friend if I could borrow hers yet again. This year I will be so pleased to see the back of 2018 and welcome a fresh start with exciting ideas planned for us all so we can feel more amazing than ever. Here I am at Chatsworth with hubby feeling festive and child-like. It was so beautiful and brought back some lovely memories of reading to my children as well as just allowing myself to feel like a kid again.

New Chapter

I told you last time I was working on a new website for my coaching company and I have got there at last. I am so excited to present to you SOUL TRANSFORMATION COACHING.

There are links for workshop information and the Blog page and Exercises will fill up as I put them in. I am extremely pleased with it and I would love to have your feedback. You can also let me know anything you would like me to include that you feel would be appropriate and that would be a help to others.

See You Next Year!

I have to say I am soooo enjoying being warm instead of freezing my ass off in the gym. I feel blessed to be keeping in touch with you all even though it drives Steve crazy that I can spend so long shopping as I meet you and stop to have a catch up. Sometimes I can be an hour picking up a loaf and some milk :D!

I wish you all to have a wonderful Christmas, to count every blessing and feel peace and to go into 2019 with a spring in your step and love in your heart.
