This question wasn't regarding your present location but rather where are you in the resolution keeping, meeting or falling out with?
If you made a promise to yourself for the New Year and already you are struggling and feeling a failure then have a little gander here on how to get back gently and be kind to yourself while you do it.
I don't actually make resolutions but set intentions, which my ego head feels much happier with as they don't feel quite so strict. My intentions for 2019 are to eat less meat, to recognise when I am doing too much exercise/ the wrong exercise for my joints and to not be so afraid to put myself out there and get happy with being vulnerable.
