Join other CALS as they discuss techniques for self-care as well as various topics concerning the care of PALS.

1:30pm PT, 4:30pm ET, 10:30pm Paris: Prayer, visualization and positivity meeting by phone with Joyce Brown. Diagnosed with ALS in 1988 and now almost 90 years old, Joyce leads a 20-30 minute call each Saturday.

Inflammation is an ongoing issue with many of those with ALS. Inflammation can occur with or without pain. Reducing inflammation is a major factor in reversing and healing ALS. Come find out more on Sunday.
