Healing ALS.org has a lot to be thankful for this year
– including all of you. It’s been our distinct pleasure to work so hard to bring HOPE and HEALINGto each of our PALS and CALS in our community.
May is ALS Awareness Month and we are hoping to raise awareness of this need to raise some funding for our efforts to heal our community.
During this last year, our organization has made some huge strides
including the following:
Hosted free weekly Sunday Educational Webinars with over 8,000 contact hours with ALS families
Hosted free
weekly ALS Diet & Supplements Q&A's, Basic and Advanced, and monthly ALS Breathing and Feeding Tube Q&A's with over 3,000 contact hours
Organized and Hosted the 2022 Healing ALS Conference with 11 ALS Reversalsand 17 medical
professionals speaking live. Free streaming worldwide sharing proven successful treatments and protocols to over 20 countries
Hosted Functional Medical Professional ALS Think Tank, expanding and taking integrative approaches to ALS to the next
level
Created the ALS Registry where PALS document their results from different healing protocols. This ALS Registry will be open to ALS researchers
Expanded Healing ALS Medical Advisory Team to include 11 Functional MD's, Naturopaths, and Functional
Nutritionists
Provided free educational and emotional support with hundreds of phone calls and 1-on-1 zooms and by personally visiting the homes of 43 ALS families in 20 US States and 1 Canadian Province
Facilitated 2,800 contact hours among PALS & CALS in breakout rooms and weekly PALS Mastermind
Support Groups
Active Facebook sharing and support group of 2,500, Healing ALS AdvancedWhatsApp Group of 200 members and YouTube channel to 4,500 subscribers
Expanded our team with an Executive Assistant and Social Media expert for more outreach to ALS
families
In 2023, with enough funding we continue the above programs and add:
Complete the year-long Free online course,47 Steps to Healing ALS, which we expect to increase the number of
those in our community who slow, stop and/or reverse ALS
Expand the ALS Registry to include bloodwork, environmental exposures, dental and the ability to query, essential for ALS
research
Add a mentor program to guide and give personalized support to new members of our Healing ALS community
Broaden our reach to inspire more ALS families to actively engage in their healing to improve both outcomes
and overall quality of life
